Shear Salon accepts rent payments via check or Venmo.
Do I need to be certified to lease with Shear Salon?
Yes, all tenants must be fully licensed in their field of cosmetology. They must also apply for a shop license through the Board of Cosmetology, and have a copy of the Cosmetology Administrative Gold Book.
What equipment does Shear Salon provide?
In addition to the suite, Shear Salon will provide chairs, hair wash bowls, laundry equipment, and blood spill kits. There is also a shared reception area and waiting room. All utilities, including high speed internet, are included.
